Resolver, a Kroll Business, combines its Command Center application with Dispatch, a real-time event monitoring and dispatching component, to effectively manage security events. The Dispatch interface offers users an intuitive experience, enabling them to easily view, acknowledge, and resolve alarms and events within the system. Leveraging Connect, a module developed by Resolver, and connectors, Dispatch efficiently pulls event and device data to seamlessly integrate with OnGuard, resulting in a more robust and integrated security solution.
