VCORE Solutions LLC fourDscape
VCORE Solutions, LLC is a technology company offering the fourDscape® software platform that connects systems/devices in one common and mobile operating environment for unmatched monitoring and response on a single pane of glass.
VCORE Solutions’ fourDscape® software platform interfaces with OnGuard to send unlock/restore/temp unlock commands (via the OnGuard OpenAccess API) to OnGuard door readers, as well as monitor the status of those OnGuard door readers. The fourDscape® 4Dbrowser can visually control and show the status of the doors in the 4D scene or through its Door Control Panel.
The fourDscape® System utilized remotely by emergency responder/security personnel, provides the fourDscape® 4Dbrowser user door control (i.e. unlock/lock) functionality of OnGuard managed/controlled doors/readers in the building(s). The 4Dbrowser user benefits by viewing/interacting with door icons presented in context of 3D floorplans/building models/live cameras, etc., providing emergency responders immediate, remote, easy-to-understand door access and control.
The interface between OnGuard and the fourDscape® System provides the following:
- A door control icon geo-located on the floor of a building, there could be a lot of door icons located on the floor and on other floors and buildings in the 4Dportal
- Hover over the door control icon to see it’s name, the color of the door control icon represents if it is in a Locked (red), Unlocked (green) or Unknown (gray) state.
- Right click on the door control icon to see the details and have the ability to Unlock, Restore (to default state), Temporary Unlock, Activate, Deactivate, and Pulse the door. And also to Unlock All and Restore All doors in the building.
- Double clicking on the door control icon will open the door control panel which will show all the doors in that building, regardless if they are geo-located in or not, as long as they are associated with that building. If the door selected in the door panel has an icon visible on the floor a line from the panel to the door control icon will be shown. Any door in the door control panel can be Unlocked, Restored, Temporary Unlocked, Activated, Deactivated, and Pulsed. Also all doors in the Door Control Panel can be Unlocked or Restored at once. This door control panel will also automatically pop up if we use the View’s button panel to jump or zoom to the building.
- Double clicking on the door control icon will also bring up the Door Status Panel which will show all the doors in the 4Dportal and their current status. The Door Status Panel can also be opened by selecting “Door Status” from the Data button’s panel.
This interface provides the following value/benefits to the user:
- Have the ability for a remote command center 4D-browser to unlock doors for responders on the scene in case of an emergency.
- Visually geo-located OnGuard doors on 3D interactive floor plans.
- Visually have situational awareness for OnGuard door access control and status.
- Visually see OnGuard door status in conjunction with the buildings, floors, campus, cameras, etc. all on a single pane of glass.
- Visually show the status of the OnGuard doors (green for unlocked, red for locked, gray for offline/unknown) in both the 3D scene and through the Door Control Panel.
