Cove

Cove is a tenant experience and building operations platform used to power office, residential, and industrial buildings. Cove combines two key functions — (1) a branded mobile app for unlocking doors, registering visitors, booking space, and driving engagement and (2) an operations platform for work order management, preventive maintenance, inspections, COI management, and more. This creates a one-stop-shop for operators and tenants, all while ensuring mobile access and visitor data is tightly integrated with OnGuard.

The Cove platform enables users to set up mobile credentials and manage visitors directly from a single app, providing an intuitive seamless experience for both operators and occupants.

The Cove OnGuard interface enables Cove users to (i) provision and deprovision mobile badges in OnGuard with a simple button tap and (ii) automatically synchronizes badge access for registered visitors in OnGuard. Access levels for both Cove users and visitors can be managed through an intuitive dashboard via Cove.
