dasGate visitor management platform makes it easy for visitors and employees to self-register remotely or in person at reception by capturing their ID card and selfie. The system verifies the visitor's identity after capturing their identity document and selfie and generates a private and non-transferable biometric access credential (face or face plus a biometric QR).

With this integrated system solution with the OnGuard interface, it's possible to leave behind keys, ID cards and passwords, reducing costs for the customer and saving time for the visitors and reception staff.

Once the visitor reaches the installation, dasGate biometric terminals can recognize visitors in less than 1 second, achieving entry traffic of 30 people per minute.

Visitors approach the biometric terminal at the entrance and show their faces or faces and biometric QRs. The terminal authenticates them and allows them access thanks to the connection with the access door OnGuard system.

Thanks to the dasGate integration with OnGuard, when a visitor requests a visit from the das-Gate platform, there is an integration point with the access control system so that both systems handle the visit. Visitors are automatically generated in the OnGuard system, and all their actions (automatic check-in, entries, exits) are also stored on both platforms.

dasGate integration with OnGuard allows the client to:

● Minimize queues at reception: visitors have already registered in the OnGuard system thanks to the dasGate remote self-enrollment. From the OnGuard application, the customer will see the expected visits for each day to make arrangements at an earlier time.
