Symphia Integrations enable unidirectional or bidirectional flow of data between integrated safety and security systems and Symphia Control. The integrations are an integral part of the product and they are designed, certified, maintained and supported by Intellicene Situational Intelligence Solutions.

With these integrations, the organization can improve response time, lower costs and increase operational efficiency. Using SYMHIA Control Operator, security staff and operational users can manage and control devices, analyze the information from the underlying system devices to

efficiently identify situations and persons of interest, and initiate a rapid, effective response, often in collaboration with first responders and outside agencies.

Manage Alarms Faster and More Effectively:

Easily correlate access control, video and security events for improved security operations in live events and investigations. Alarms generated in the access control system will immediately appear and get recorded in the Symphia Symphia Control client, together with all the associated information. The video stream from the corresponding camera will also appear on a map based on proximity geo location, and will be easily available for future investigations.

Improve Operational Efficiency:

Concentrate the security operations in the Symphia Control client, to reduce the number of screens and systems the operator needs to approach. Operators can see the status of a door, if a door is open or closed, and send commands to the door, and see prior card swipe on the door, all in a single security system client.

Sustain Mission-Critical Operations:

The design of the integration is resilient, ensuring the flow of events up to the Symphia Control server. The integration between the system is constantly active, and the integrated system is constantly monitored, this information is visible to the operator. In case of disconnection, resilient mechanisms ensure data upload from the integrated system so no data is lost between the third-party sub-system and Symphia Control
