As part of MRI Angus, Visitor Security is a web based, easy-to-use visit and access card management solution which maximizes security desk efficiency. Visitor Security facilitates streamlined registration, easy capture of visitor photos and print badges, and efficient activation/deactivation of access cards. The seamless integration with OnGuard further enhances the safety and security of your property.

MRI Software is a global leader in real estate solutions and, through the MRI Angus module – Visitor Security, empowers clients to establish comprehensive access control and visitor management systems in their properties, while enhancing the tenant and visitor experience.

The OnGuard integration requires installation of the MRI Angus service on the local server and acts as a gateway between Visitor Security and the local OnGuard system, using points of communication like New Visitors added in Visitor Security, Checking in a Visitor at the Security Desk, Printing a Badge for a Visitor (including a barcode or QR code with that Visitor’s CardNumber) or sending an email to the Visitor with their CardNumber in a QR code, and Checking out a Visitor at the Security Desk.
