Piko VMS, Cook Command Center Case Management

This product facilitates the integration of OnGuard with Cook Security Group’s Piko VMS and Cook Command Center (CCC) Case Management products.

On a configurable basis, any event that comes through to OnGuard (access denied, door forced open, alarm, tamper, etc) can be passed through to either Piko VMS (automatically creating a rich notification), CCC Case Management (automatically creating a case with linked video), or both. This is configurable by event type.

Passing an event through to Piko VMS offers the ability to create a rich notification in Piko, with detailed description of event and clickable link to the corresponding video (from one-to-many cameras). The corresponding video can also be automatically opened for the user, with alert graphic in Piko when a particular type of event occurs. Users of the VMS client interface will automatically be alerted to selected events, on a configurable basis.

Passing an event through to CCC Case Management will create a case, for tracking purposes, with details of the event automatically populated. Additionally, video streams of the event in question are automatically attached to the case for easy viewing and tracking, all in one easily accessible location.
