Princeton Identity Access Control Product Suite
Princeton Identity's user authentication solution, Identity Server, delivers the most convenient and secure identity verification product available for installations leveraging LenelS2's OnGuard access control system. Comprised of both software and edge-device hardware, Identity Server provides single factor and multifactor authentication through iris and face biometrics, card and mobile credentials, and PIN codes, and connects seamlessly to OnGuard to deliver the best possible experience for users and administrators alike.
Princeton Identity provides user authentication solutions using iris and face biometrics, card and mobile credentials, and PIN codes, that pair with access control, time and attendance, and point of sale systems.
The Identity Server solution, through the use of a web-based administrator interface and robust edge-device products, seamlessly interfaces to the LenelS2 OnGuard access control system to provide fail-safe facility security. Synchronize OnGuard cardholder data within minutes of completing first-time log-in steps in Identity Server, then deploy Princeton Identity interior and exterior edge-devices at all access points. Identity Server then automatically remains synchronized with OnGuard to ensure that facility security is maintained at all times.
Identity Server, interfaced through a seamless integration with LenelS2 OnGuard, delivers the following end user and system admin benefits:
- Provides end users and staff with the most convenient authentication solution available by leveraging iris and face biometrics. No more cards to carry, or passwords and PIN codes to memorize.
- Delivers the most secure solution possible when using iris biometrics. No two irises are the same, even between identical twins, so there is almost no chance of false positives.
- Installations with access points requiring a higher-level of security can leverage combinations of identification methods, such as biometrics and card credentials, to deploy multifactor authentication at specific locations, or facility-wide.
- Enroll all users without the need for a burdensome administrator-led process by leveraging Princeton Identity's Seamless Enrollment process. By including the cardholder portrait images from OnGuard as part of the synchronization dataset, all users can be automatically enrolled the first time they approach one Princeton Identity's indoor edge-devices.
- The customer's OnGuard system remains the "source of truth", and any relevant cardholder changes that occur in OnGuard are automatically synchronized with Identity Server to ensure that there is no interruption for the end users. New users entered into OnGuard can immediately utilize Princeton Identity edge devices at the customer's facility.
