QOGNIFY SITUATOR
Qognify Situator is a situation management software platform that enables situation planning, response and analysis for the security, safety and emergency markets where the risk of human error can lead to financial loss, injury and damage to public image. By integrating and correlating information from multiple and diverse systems across the organization and coordinating response actions, Qognify Situator ensures that everyone in the operational chain knows what is happening and what to do.
The integration supports the following:
- Query the OnGuard system for the following records::
- Readers
- Cardholders and Visitors
- Badges
- Alarm panel inputs and outputs
- Logical commands – Arm, Disarm and bypass sensors in Lenel system (those commands corresponds to OnGuard commends of Mask and unmask.)
- Physical commands – Active, deactivate, and pulse alarm outputs, lock and unlock a door
- Receive events from the OnGuard system:
- Communication lost and restored
- Door open, forced and closed
- Door held open
- Power failure
- Alarm panel inputs and outputs events
