RightCrowd SmartAccess' interface with LenelS2 OnGuard allows identity, access and credential changes made in RightCrowd to be pushed down and synchronized automatically in the LenelS2 OnGuard Physical Access Control System. RightCrowd uses LenelS2's OpenAccess to ensure the integration is performant, reliable and secure.

The RightCrowd SmartAccess Remote PACS Adapter for LenelS2 OnGuard uses LenelS2's OpenAccess integration method to ensure that identities (Cardholders), access levels and credentials are synchronized and kept up to date in the LenelQ2 OnGuard Physical Access Control System. 

The integration provides the following benefits:

• Identities (Cardholders) are added, updated or removed automatically. Through RightCrowd's integration with the end user's System or Record for identities (e.g. HRIS system), identity information is up to date at all time, and changes are pushed through to LenelQ2 automatically.
• Access Levels for a given identity are set or revoked dynamically based on rules and workflow in RightCrowd SmartAccess.
• Credentials are managed in RightCrowd throughout their lifecycle - from initial request over approval and issuance to revocation. Those changes are pushed down to LenelS2 OnGuard in a fully automated way.
• Events and logs from LenelS2 OnGuard are pulled into RightCrowd to feed access decision rules and workflow, and to enable cross PACS reporting and analytics.
